These full circle arcs of vibrant colour form when sunlight (or moonlight) interacts with water droplets in the atmosphere.
Observer-dependent (meaning we all see our own version), rainbows represent hope, peace and diversity.

Purple combines the energy, passion and confidence of red with the peace, trust and tranquillity of blue. It represents imagination, bravery, balance and harmony.
Stones are the foundation for many powerful, inspiring and beautiful pieces of work. Dropped into water, even the smallest stone can create far-reaching ripples.
Our Community:
Bubbles.
Bubbles have highly social structures that constantly reflect the light and colour of their environment.
When bubbles meet they don’t fight, they first share a wall to conserve energy, then merge to stretch and expand together, achieving a greater collective impact.
Conflict Resolution:
A Nautilus Shell.
An intricate, chambered shell with a mother-of-pearl interior, which grows as the “living fossil” mollusk develops.
Symbolising growth, evolution and inner harmony this curved, hollow shell also amplifies ambient sounds and is associated with listening.
Our Consulting Collective:
A Maze.
A complex network of paths and hedges, a maze is a puzzle designed to challenge problem solvers. Its labyrinth structure offers unexpected journeys.
Although there are known strategies for navigating simple mazes, more complex versions need a cool head and advanced skills and techniques.
